IMPROVING YOUR DRIVER ADA COMPLIANCE TRAINING PROGRAM
webinar

NEW DATES TBD
9:00am to Noon (pacific time)

Few Driver training modules are as important as ADA Compliance. Remember, the ADA requires Drivers to be "trained to proficiency"; which means that we need to prepare them to be experts in their job. This webinar will provide best practices for improving your Driver ADA training structure, content and effectiveness.
Topics include a review of key policies and areas where Drivers struggle in assisting riders with disabilities, the impacts of the "Driver discretion" approach to providing assistance, creating an environment for Driver success and retention, use of tools and other creative exercises, post training support, etc.

MANAGING THE
ADA COMPLAINTS INVESTIGATION PROCESS
webinar

Dates TBD
9:00am to Noon (pacific time)

FTA guidance tells us that ADA-related complaints are one of the best ways to receive feedback from riders. However, our use of this data is only as good as our complaints investigation process. In my experience, many ADA-related complaints identify multiple issues...but does your complaints process/system allow you to capture, investigate and report findings for each?

This, and many other issues, will be addressed during this webinar. We'll discuss best practices for complaint intake, investigation steps, who should be leading investigations, making "reasonable" determinations, tracking data and generating useful reports, responding to complainants, etc.
